A Day That Starts Differently

We started the day still on cloud nine after last week's news. In Schenectady, where Thomas Edison founded GE, GE Vernova's Wind businesses presented us with the Excellence Award in the Machine Head Division, which includes the nacelle covers produced by BlueWind.

Out of 1,300 suppliers, only six were recognized. The award evaluates companies based on key pillars: Sustainability, Safety & Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation.

"This award recognizes the way BlueWind operates. We are rigorous in quality, never miss a delivery, work efficiently on cost, and keep innovation and sustainability as our guiding principles," says Jean Zolet, CEO of BlueWind.

For Zolet, the result reflects the daily work of the nearly 300 people who make up the company. "We will continue striving to raise the standard of the composites industry and strengthen our partnership with the clients."
